All items can be returned within 30 days, except for the ones on SALE which are to be considered a final sale.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

For returns and refunds, please email us at glisentimarzia@gmail.com stating the reason for return and we will respond within 24-48 hours with approval of your request and full description of return procedure.

Online Returns Policy:

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy.

  1. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the date of receiving.  
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached (if applicable).
  3. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. For this reason, we strongly suggest to use a traceable postage service to track your returns whereabouts.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Within this time frame, you will receive a refund (minus the initial shipping cost) through your bank or your credit card.

 

Incorrect/Faulty order

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) must be reported within 7 days of receiving. In case the item you have received is damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund, including the initial shipping cost. After this time period, all returns will fall within the our regular Return Policy, even if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit minus the initial shipping charge.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time if the returned items present any of the above-mentioned signs of use or incorrect handling.

 

Exchange

We do not offer an exchange service, therefore you must first process your return and then place another order to receive a new item.
