Can I return an item?
All items can be returned, except for SALE items. Please go to our Returns and Refunds page and make sure that your return request falls within our Online Returns Policy.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service, therefore you must first process your return and then place another order to receive a new item.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped directly from our shop in Mallorca, Spain.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours upon receipt of successful payment. It will then be shipped and can take from 7 to 20 days, depending on destination. Please refer to our Shipping page for more information.
Do I have to pay customs to receive my order?
Within Europe you do not have to pay any customs. If you order from Switzerland or outside of the UE you might have to pay import taxes. We suggest that you ask your local post office about these fees. We do not cover these extra costs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed through our online you cannot change or cancel it. However, if you have made a mistake, we suggest that you contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do whatever possible to cancel or change it before the preparation has taken place. We cannot guarantee that this can be done but we will try to accommodate your request.
What happens if I receive an incorrect or faulty order?
If you have received an incorrect order or if the items you receive present defects or damages, you can ask for a full refund, including shipping costs. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds section for more details.
What happens if I didn't receive a confirmation for my order?
Our confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to be dispatched so don’t worry ahead of time! Make sure you’ve checked your junk and spam folders in case the notification has been sent there. If after 24 hours you still do not find the order confirmation, just send us an email at email@example.com so we can help you with this.
How do I know which size to order?
Most of our clothes are produced by small textile companies that work with different sizing standards so we know that it might be a little confusing. Please read the description of each item carefully where we indicate the fitting of each design and also give suggestions regarding how the item fits on different body types. This is especially important when the item is ONE SIZE. The length of the item is also indicated in order to help you understand if it’s right for you. When the fabric is stretchy, keep in mind that it will adapt quite easily to different shapes and sizes.
Why do I see photos of items on your Facebook and Instagram page that you don’t sell online?
In our physical shop in Mallorca we have hundreds of different designs, including jewellery, bags and more. It’s impossible to sell everything on line so we have chosen our top selling items for our online shop and commit to adding new ones as often as we can. We encourage you to visit us whenever you are in the area, of course!
